Description

Participants gain a deep understanding of the nature of stress and produce a methodical audit of the causes in their organisation. This leads to the identification of the actions that can be taken to prevent stress or reduce its impact by the organisation, the managers, the team and the individual. The use of psychology and focussed discussion activities make it both insightful and highly practical.

Understaning The Brain

Example

Toray Textiles, Well-being and Performance Programme

We worked with about 80 middle managers at this textile company. Their focus was firstly how to manage in a way that avoids creating stress for team members and secondly to define a style of working relationships and behaviours to promote a high level of personal well-being and job performance.
