Mansfield Brewery was an organisation going through dramatic change in an uncertain market. It is a traditional industry with a long serving and traditional labour force. The challenge was to enable senior and middle managers to design and implement major new approaches whilst creating a culture of trust, involvement and optimism. It was essentially a programme in vision building, leadership, change and communication.
